Because we do not recommend dismantling or making adjustments to your William Henry, we will be happy to make necessary adjustments for you. However, if you choose to perform your own adjustments, the appropriate drivers are available from some hardware stores, and from Wiha Tools (www.wihatools.com). With the exception of older model pivot screws, all other fittings are Torx screws, ranging in size from #3 to #8.
